APPROVED!
OK, so its not much to look at, but receiving our federal approval to brew beer is a major step closer to opening!
We can now proceed to the next step which is applying for state licensing.

Truck Arrives
Tony from Landstar got our shipment here safely and before the rain started.
Time to Unload
Cliff and Ashlynn hoist one of the tanks with a makeshift gantry so we can lay it down on a dolly and wheel it inside.
Into the Brewery
One by one the tanks are brought inside and stood upright.
Kegs, kegs, kegs!
We received our first order of kegs yesterday. Unfortunately, we are not yet ready to fill them with beer, but it is progress none the less.
New Door!
We now have a new door large enough to get brewing equipment into the building thanks to our friends at Kozyra Construction!

Changing our name
In order to avoid confusion and possible trademark issues with another new brewery called Catch 22 Brewing in Colorado, we have decided to change our name now before we get too established. Going forward, we will be known as Fieldcrest Brewing Company.
