Fieldcrest ESB

BOZO juice
8% ABV
Bozo Juice a Double IPA known for its bold and hop-forward characteristics. Bozo Juice is brewed with a a combination of Citrus, Simcoe, and El Dorado hops, creating a well balance beer. The Citra hops bring forward vibrant citrus notes, the Simcoe hops add piney and resinous flavors, while the El Dorado hops round the beer with a fruity tropical profile.
Wind at Your back

2024 is our 4th year brewing Wind At Your Back in collaboration with Team Grodski. Each year a portion of the proceeds of the sale of Wind At Your Back go to the Pan-Mass Challenge, a direct contribution is made to the advancement of cancer research at Dana-Farber.
This particular NEIPA, meticulously brewed, showcases a harmonious blend of Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops. With every sip of this palate-pleasing brew, one can raise a glass in support of the noble cause of cancer research. Let us celebrate this remarkable endeavor and savor the gratification of making a positive impact. Cheers to a remarkable cause and an well crafted beer!
FUMI’s galaxy
6.1% ABV
Fumi's Galaxy beer is a unique brew that showcases Galaxy hops. It is a hop-forward beer that is known for its intense and vibrant hop aroma and flavor. The Galaxy hops used in this beer impart a range of tropical fruit characteristics, including notes of passionfruit, pineapple, and citrus. This gives the beer a refreshing and zesty profile with a tropical twist. Fumi's Galaxy is brewed in collaboration with our great friends at Pafumi’s on Main in Wilbraham.
Falken Pilsner - currently not available in cans
5.4% ABV
This Pilsner takes its sweet time fermenting, almost 8weeks to be exact. Since the amount of time this fantastic lager takes to make its way from brew kettle to keg we are only able to make it a few times a year, so when it is around it is a must grab! This lager is a crisp, clear, and refreshing lager and pairs well with a warm spring/summer day.
F-bomb
6.1% ABV
F-Bomb NEIPA is a delicious brew that combines the flavors of Citrus and El Dorado hops. Known for its hazy appearance and juicy, tropical hop character, The City hops bring bright citrus notes like grapefruit and orange, while El Dorado hops contribute flavors of pineapple and melon. Together, these hops create a flavor explosion that is both fruity and refreshing with a touch of bitterness.
Javelin - currently not available
6.7% ABV
A West Coast style American IPA with an appropriate bitterness, light malt profile, and a dry finish. Simcoe & Centennial hops provide plenty of citrus and pine flavors.
