At Fieldcrest Brewing Company, every beer is crafted with love and passion. Founded by Adam and Shannon in 2018, our brewery was born from a dream to create a space where community and connection thrive while enjoying locally crafted beer. We believe that great beer brings people together, and our taproom is designed to be a welcoming haven for everyone.
Our dedicated team, who feels more like family, is the heart of our brewery. Many of them have been with us since the beginning, sharing our journey and getting to know our regulars. They take pride in creating a warm atmosphere where newcomers quickly become friends.

My favorite staple Fieldcrest beer is F-Bomb and my favorite rotating beer is Shannon’s Irish Red.What is your favorite part of working at Fieldcrest?
My favorite part of working at Fieldcrest is seeing new customers come in as strangers but leaving as a friend, and some even feel more like family!What is your favorite thing to do outside of Fieldcrest?
I love getting outside with our dogs and exploring the great outdoors in Western Mass. -

My shift beer. After working my main gig as a production manager, then working in the brewery, nothing like a good beer at the end of a 12+ hour day.What is your favorite part of working at Fieldcrest?
My Quintessential cliché answer. The people. My coworkers and the customers. Where else can you talk about efficiency of the canning line and 5 minutes later be in a heated debate about the pitching rotation of your favorite baseball team?What is your favorite thing to do outside of Fieldcrest?
I absolutely adore being outdoors. Whether it be hunting, fishing or just exploring a WMA. Traveling around the country trying to see a baseball game in each major league stadium. -

Juicy Street, but if any of the lemonade seltzers are on (blueberry lemonade, strawberry lemonade, etc) those are my go-to’s.What is your favorite part of working at Fieldcrest?

I don’t have a lot of free time since I am in nursing school, but during my free time I enjoy spending time at the barn with my horse or traveling. -

My favorite beer is one that Adam did a one-off of, it was called Nomadic Soul w/ grapefruit. That was fantastic but he hasn’t brewed Nomadic Soul in sometime.What is your favorite part of working at Fieldcrest?
It’s a place you can be at that doesn’t feel like work, a place where everyone comes together for a good time. I’ve been fortunate to have the opportunity to meet some really great people as well through working there and becoming a part of the Fieldcrest family.What is your favorite thing to do outside of Fieldcrest?
Hang out with my and my husband’s four dogs, spend time with my husband on the days he’s not working at fieldcrest (haha), and drinking Fieldcrest Javelin w/ grapefruit on the beach during the summertime. -

I would say my favorite beer is the Falken Pils or Oktoberfest. However, I have been enjoying our new cask system and the array of beers we have showcased on cask.What is your favorite part of working at Fieldcrest?
My favorite part about working at Fieldcrest is all the special events that we host. It is fun to be a part of a place where people want to come and share special moments whether it be a baptism, birthday party, baby shower, or a jack and jill.What is your favorite thing to do outside of Fieldcrest?
I like to check out the local beer scene often with one of my four dogs and travel to Portugal.
